Cindy Espinoza Thornburgh

Cindy embraces and celebrates the teachings and principles of BKS Iyengar, and has recently completed a demanding 3 year Iyengar Yoga Certification program. She applies a sense of playful mind-body-spirit exploration to her classes combining breath and movement to present each student with unique opportunities to practice and discover something new. A dedicated and enthusiastic teacher, Cindy has participated in countless workshops, received her 200 certification with Noah Maze’ and is a Level I/II Certified Iyengar teacher. Cindy owns and operates Cornerstone Yoga in Moore.

Tanya Davis is a military veteran who served her last Naval tour as a Special Operations Team Leader. Because of her service in the Military, she found that her body was failing her way too soon. Yoga proved to be the answer to what she was searching for. Yoga not only provides relief from physical pain, but also teaches us to quiet the mind and to live with respect shown to our own limitations. Tanya completed her 200 Hour Yoga Certification at Yoga Home of Therapeutics, and is also Reiki I and II Degree certified. She recently completed her 500 Hour Certification through Awakened Life School Of Yoga in Costa Rica.Tanya is also certified through Yoga Warriors International to provide yoga to individuals and veterans suffering from PTSD.

Ted’s classes are fun, challenging and inspiring. His classes focus on alignment; the foundation, engagement and celebration of every pose with emphasis on the breath. He is a dedicated student of yoga, not only the physical practice of yoga, but especially the timeless wisdom yoga teaches us, how our actions, thoughts, and words affect our lives and how important it is to follow our hearts, live our truth, and become the authentic people we are meant to be. Ted began teaching professionally in 1982, and was the first teacher in Oklahoma to be certified with Baron Baptiste. He is the author of two books about the Bhagavad Gita, Warrior Self and Warrior Truth, and owns both Spirit House Yoga and YogaLab in OKC.
Samantha Butler and Jeremy Troy

Samantha Butler received her Yoga Certification from Norman Ashtanga Shala under the guidance of Andrew Eppler with an emphasis on Ashtanga Yoga in the Krishnamacharya tradition, and completed her 500 hour training with Mark Stephens in Santa Cruz, California. Samantha also holds a B.S. Degree in Marketing from UCO-Edmond. She currently teaches at 3rd Street Yoga Studio, Body Mind Yoga, Balance. Yoga. Barre, Gold’s Gym, Threshold Climbing Gym, and Cliff Fitness.
Jeremy Troy is also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a dedicated foodie and chef. He received his 200 Hour Certification from Shoshoni Yoga School at the Swami Shambavananda Ashram in Rollinsville, Colorado, and his 500 Hour Certification from Mark Stephens in Santa Cruz, California. He received his Personal Trainer certifications from the American College of Exercise (ACE) and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). He has his B.S. from UCO-Edmond with studies in English Literature and Political Science. He currently teaches at 3rd Street Yoga Studio, Body Mind Yoga, Gold’s Gym, Threshold Climbing Gym, and Cliff Fitness.
Hialee Howard and Lisa Laughlin
“All Levels Flow with the Yoga Box” 4:00 pm in Tent 1
Hialee Howard was introduced to vinyasa flow yoga while studying kinesiology. The physical and mental challenges drew her in and kept her coming back for more. It wasn’t until several years later that she was given an opportunity to teach. Hialee’s love of biomechanics coupled perfectly with teaching yoga. She obtained her 200 hour certification through Yoga Medicine with Tiffany Cruikshank.
Lisa Laughlin Taylor completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Gaia Yoga Flow Dallas in 2009, in hopes of expanding her practice of yoga. What she found was a release from the stress of daily life that forever changed her life. She strives to find a connection with her students through music, guidance, movement, and fun in each class.

Gwen “Ranbir” Ingram
“Stress Set for Adrenals and Kidneys” 9 am in Tent 2
Gwen “ Ranbir” Ingram began her yoga studies in 1974 from BKS Iyengar’s book, “Light on Yoga”. By 1976 she was practicing the Self Realization Fellowship’s style of yoga from Paramahansa Yogananda. This gentle yoga carried her for 20 years through the creation of her art business and raising her daughter. From 1996 through 2000, she studied Ashtanga yoga with Andrew Eppler in Norman and by 2000 found Kundalini yoga. Gwen came to realize that Kundalini yoga has elements of many other yogas and deep wonderful meditations. She became certified in KY in 2005 and has completed all 5 modules of the 2nd level training. She does workshops and classes at Ashtanga Yoga Studio in Norman, and Radiant Living in OKC. Through Yogi Bhajan’s lineage of Kundalini yoga she has come to a state of equanimity and joy never imagined before and she is glad to share it.

Rachel Mor began yoga in 1971 as a teenager to help with panic attacks. Yoga helped her and still does. She then went to California in 1977 to study yoga and meditation with Baba Hari Dass at what is now known as the Mount Madonna Yoga Center. She began teaching in 1978. Rachel does yoga because it helps her live in her body and mind with more peace. It helps her to love people a little better too!

“Ayurveda for Autumn” 2:30 pm in Tent 2
Kat discovered Ayurveda three years ago during her yoga teacher training, and has been drawn to Ayurveda as a whole body, mind and soul wellness that helps her regain her intuitive nature of inner healing. Her years of self-study and personal application of Ayurveda through the works of Dr. Svoboda and Dr. Lad, alongside training with practitioners of the Ayurvedic Institute and the California School of Ayurveda have fueled her passion to share with others the ancient knowledge of Ayurveda, the “Science of Life”. She is currently training with the Wise Earth School of Ayurveda to assist others in applying Ayurvedic and yoga knowledge in their daily lives and reawaken their own inner healing powers through the food, breath, and sound sadhanas of Ayurveda.
Dee Mathis and Rachel Yates
“Restorative Yoga” 4 pm in Tent 2
Dee Mathis has taught yoga for over 15 years. She teaches an eclectic blend of many yoga disciplines and is known for her 7 week Chakra Balancing classes. She is certified to teach Heartfulness Meditation and is also a certified Reiki Healer. Dee’s goal is to teach others to find health, well-being, and inner peace through movement, breathing, and meditation. Dee is the owner of Free Spirit Yoga Studio & Meditation Sanctuary.
Kidz Yoga Fairy from Yoga Bliss Family Studio in Edmond
Creator of Yoga Bliss, Darci Janzen is a wife, mother of two boys and a lover of life. Darci earned her 200 Hour Certified at Open Doors Yoga in Boston. After having her first child, Darci had a deep desire within to branch out into the younger generation, our future. She received her Children’s Yoga Teacher Certification through Open Doors Yoga Boston in August of 2013. The seed was planted and has blossomed into “The Kidz Yoga Fairy” today.

Hillary Bragg, has been teaching group fitness and dance classes for over 25 years. She began her career as a dancer in NYC at New York University, and has a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages and a Masters in Human Relations from The University of Oklahoma. The transition from dancing to yoga, fitness, and wellness was a natural one, and she quickly found a passion for teaching. Hillary is certified in group fitness, Pilates, and yoga, and has also worked as a personal and guidance counselor, specializing in addictions counseling, eating disorders, depression, and child therapy. She is passionate about teaching sustainable and safe classes, guiding students in accepting and loving their bodies exactly as they are, and challenging students to achieve their highest potential of personal and spiritual growth. Hillary’s goal is to teach each and every student to accept and love themselves for who they are by meeting them where they are on the mat and off. Hilary is the owner of Cycle 3 Sixty in OKC.
