Yoga + Music + Art = Fun!
Saturday September 16th 7pm
Join us for an innovative, interactive evening featuring an all-levels yoga class led by Hillary Bragg, with live music provided by guitarist Edgar Cruz. This very special evening class will be enhanced with the addition of improvised art with painter Samantha Carlton, and her artwork will be sold via a silent auction. The yoga class will be strength and alignment based, and structured as a slow, breath oriented flow with a unique energy shared between Edgar and Hillary as they play off each others cues for the duration of the class.
Hillary Bragg, has been teaching group fitness and dance classes for over 25 years. She began her career as a dancer in NYC at New York University, and has a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages and a Masters in Human Relations from The University of Oklahoma. The transition from dancing to yoga, fitness, and wellness was a natural one, and she quickly found a passion for teaching. Hillary is certified in group fitness, Pilates, and yoga, and has also worked as a personal and guidance counselor, specializing in addictions counseling, eating disorders, depression, and child therapy. She is passionate about teaching sustainable and safe classes, guiding students in accepting and loving their bodies exactly as they are, and challenging students to achieve their highest potential of personal and spiritual growth. Hillary’s goal is to teach each and every student to accept and love themselves for who they are by meeting them where they are on the mat and off. Hilary is the owner of Cycle 3 Sixty in OKC.
